I met my BFF Tina and the gym this morning and we did our favorite, fat blasting, calorie igniting workout...Spin and then Swim! I haven't been spinning in several months now...ok maybe a year :-O and it was A M A Z I N G. We are getting back to it every Saturday now!
One thing I forogt though was how hard it is to get a frickin swimsuit on when you are all sweaty! I know gross and probably TMI, but it's true.
I think we burned anywhere from 650 - 800 calories this morning :-)
Yep we rock!
