Goals and a Plan

I am tabling the marathon idea for now. Thinking about it, I remembered that I had an original goal of getting a sub 3 hour half marathon (yep I am THAT slow) before jumping back into a full. I really need to accomplish that before moving on. So I met with my trainer and put together a plan which is loaded toward running and getting faster. Let's see how this goes :-)
