BMR = 1560
BMR + Moderate Activity = 2418 (right now I am more in the very active category but I wanted to use the lower one for a safey net so I am not dissapointed...if I lose a little more...all the better)
Expenditure > 2418 x 7 = 16926 Calories expended by me per week
Incoming Calories > 1300 x 7 = 9100 Calories eaten by me per week
Totals > 16926 - 9100 = 7826 Calorie deficit per week
Pounds > 7826 divided by 3500 = 2.2 LB Loss per week
