I love when it is 8:00AM and I have already completed my 30 minute run/walk and 45 minute personal training! So far today I've had 1/4 cup oats with 1/8 cup skim milk, tons of water, and half of a Kashi bar. Now for some well deserved coffee :-) I made chicken spaghetti last night and brought a small portion of that for lunch - looking forward to it. My husband is getting to like me switching out the red meat for turkey or chicken breast - he still really loves his beef tacos though, the ground turkey breast just wasn't cutting it for him. I did start using 90% lean beef though...ssshhh don't tell him.
