Geez I am a terrible blog writer...gone since Feb - yikes!
Good news though on the weight loss part of this equation...down 34 Lbs since January 7 :-)
I am right now training for the Rock & Roll Half Marathon on June 27th and my original weight goal for that even was to be down 38 Lbs, so I have 4 weeks to lose 4 Lbs...I CAN DO THAT!
I will write more soon!
