My hub and I returned from Puerto Vallarta and what a vacation it was! If anyone is looking for hotels down there, let me know - ours was awesome!
Good news I didn't gain any weight :-) my strategy seems to have paid off:
1.) Only using stairs to our 6th floor room
2.) Watching alcohol consumption carefully! It was an all-in resort so drinks were free and trust me a swim bar is dangerous
3.) Stay active - I swam, did Zumba, and walked everywhere. Plus Ziplining is a great workout and one of the most exciting things I have ever done!
4.) Watch the buffet! I stayed completely away from my trigger foods, ie I never, not even once, tried the many pastries in the morning. One fresh chocolate or cream cheese sugary bready thing and I would have been craving it all day. Fruit and omelets for me!
Now I am back on track and wearing my bodybugg again - did the treadmill this morning and am planning a spin class tonight. I turn
45 on Dec 31st and I really really want to lose a dress size by then!
