I went to my first Ironman in 2008 as a spectator and it was amazing! I am pretty sure at least 50% of those in attendance leave with big iron dreams...so, am I one of those dreamers?

Ugh...
Stumbling today with food choices...must get back on track!
This is exactly why I called it war in my last post; seems like the battles keep going back and forth, sometimes I win, sometimes not.
But the war - in the end I must win.

As long as you keep fighting the battle you are a winner!
Ugh happens. Sometimes you get pinned down in a hole for a bit, but at some point you have to poke your head up and charge forward again.
