I learned two years ago that setting a goal is really meaningless unless you think about how you plan to get to that goal...hence setting not just goals...but goals and objectives! I create a goal and list the key steps I need to take to achieve my goals. I love using this method since it really forces me to sit down and think about my PLAN!
I have been working on my next plan for a few days and I think I have it pretty well nailed down :-)
I thought I would share it here. FYI my last plan was successfully completed which is why I am updating it now.

Hey! Congrats on this plan! i was looking at it and i see you have a bodybugg. i was curious about getting one of those what would you say about it would you recommend it saying it makes a difference?
Ohhh, transistioning from weight loss to weight maintenance. So VERY EXCITING. I agree, for me I need to be specific with my goals and plan how I'm going to get there. Otherwise, dum de dum...what were those goals again?
